Description
A seasonal path of rooting, flourishing, and radiant becoming
The Season of Joy is a 6-week mantra movement journey from Beltane to Summer Solstice – a seasonal path of rooting, flourishing, and radiant becoming.
Created and guided by Sara Avtar, this journey supports a deeper relationship with yourself, with life, and with what is quietly ready to emerge. Through mantra movement meditation, guided seasonal reflection, Flowing Asanas, and Shakti-Qi Standing Exercises, you will attune to the supportive energies of late spring and early summer in a simple, embodied way.
At the heart of the course is the Gurmukhi mantra Mangal Saaj, recorded by Sara Avtar, opening a pathway of devotional presence, inner warmth, and soulful attunement.
