Description
Attaining the Fruits of Harmony – “Jaa This Bhaava”
A Mantric Choreography Meditation Course with Sara Avtar
6 weekly
thematic teachings
6 progressive
choreography lessons
Early Autumn is a time of ripening and harvest – a time to recognise what has been growing within us, gather its gifts, and nourish what we want to carry forward.
Over six weeks, we will gradually build a complete Mantric Choreography Meditation to Jaa This Bhaava, composed and sung by Sara Avtar in Raag Sorath.
Each section of the choreography expresses a different line of the mantra and a corresponding phase within the seasonal cycle.
Rather than simply learning movements, you will explore the meaning held within them – allowing the mantra, music and choreography to become one unfolding journey through growth, fruition, release, rest and renewal.
As the weeks progress, the individual sections come together into one complete Soul-Song in movement.
Introductory Webinar: 10th Sept @ 18:30 CET
Closing Celebration: 20th Sept @ 18:30 CET
Week 1 — Harmony of Heart
“As I attune to Harmony of Heart…”
Opening into attunement, relationship and the receptive intelligence of the heart.
Movement: Learn the flowing arm movements.
Week 2 — The Soul-Song Takes Root
“My Soul-Song attains a fruitful life…”
Finding your own resonance and establishing the fertile ground from which expression can grow.
Movement: Learn the first section of the steps.
Week 3 — The Compassionate Heart
“Comes only when the Origin shares its own Compassionate Heart.”
Opening to what comes through us rather than only from us — receptivity, inspiration and creative emergence.
Movement: Continue building the choreography.
Week 4 — The Wise Pulse
“O, my mind, ever tune to this Wise Pulse…”
Learning to listen for the deeper rhythm beneath thought and movement.
Movement: Add the next stage of the choreography.
Week 5 — The Treasure
“And Treasure is attained, this treasure of peace.”
The moment of ripening: receiving, recognising and inhabiting the fruit of the journey.
Movement: Complete the final section.
Week 6 — True Being
“True Being dwells in me, and I am absorbed, merged into bliss.”
Bringing all the stages together into one integrated movement meditation.
Movement: Put the complete choreography together and practise the full Soul-Song.
Although we meet during Autumn’s harvest, the meditation carries the movement of the whole seasonal cycle within it.
Each stage expresses a different moment in the continual rhythm of becoming:
emergence → growth → fruition → release → rest → renewal
Through repeated practice, these phases are experienced not simply as ideas but through the body itself.
You begin to recognise the Wise Pulse beneath the changing seasons of your own life — and to move with it.

This Mantra Movement Meditation has been part of my own personal practice for many years. I return to it because it works on many levels at once – meditative, musical, energetic and deeply physical.
Its flowing spirals and continuous pathways help keep the body supple and connected, moving through the fascial chains rather than isolating individual muscles. The movements gently mobilise the joints – almost as though “oiling” them -while encouraging elasticity, fluidity and ease through the whole body.
At the same time, the choreography continually trains balance, coordination, focus and spatial awareness.
So while the practice carries a rich inner and symbolic journey, it is also something very practical: a way of keeping the body moving, responsive and integrated over time.
Learn the mantra.
Embody its meaning.
Follow its unfolding rhythm.
And gradually allow your life to become the fruitful expression of your Soul-Song.
