Description

This spring I invite you to attune to your creative pulse through a simple daily ritual centred around an 11-minute Celestial Communication – a mantra movement meditation with my musical rendition of the sacred Gurmukhi mantra “Aap Oupavaan”.

Through rhythmic sound, breath, and gentle spiral movement, the practice gradually entrains the body and nervous system into calm coherence, renewed vitality, and creative flow.

At the heart of the practice is a mantra that unfolds like a living cycle:

The Source creates.

The Source sustains.

The Source sets all action in motion.

The Source is the teaching and the one being taught.

The Source expresses itself through creation.

The Source emits insight and realises that insight within itself.

Over the six weeks of the journey, each line of the mantra becomes the theme of one week of practice, exploring a stage of the creative cycle – from germination and growth to expression and insight.

Through movement, breath, and sound, these movements of life are experienced directly in the body rather than simply understood.

Each week you will receive a short pre-recorded teaching and a supportive standing practice that prepares the body through breath, weight shifting and spiral movement before entering the mantra meditation itself. Three live online gatherings – an opening session, a mid-course reflection and a closing ceremony – support the journey.

Practiced during the six weeks from Spring Equinox to Beltane, the meditation follows the rising current of mid-spring – the time when movement quickens, seeds circulate, and the first sap begins to lift upward through the living world.

Behind this seasonal surge there is a deeper synchronising pulse coordinating the rhythms of life. Through mantra, breath and movement, the practice helps you tune into that pulse and allow it to guide the flow of your own creative energy.

Over time the practice becomes a guiding rhythm, helping you reconnect with the living current of creativity moving through your body and your life.

Many participants find that this simple daily rhythm helps to:

• regulate the nervous system and calm the mind

• restore natural breathing and body flow

• release tension and improve fluid movement

• deepen inner listening and intuitive clarity

• awaken creative impulse and inspiration

• reconnect with the living rhythms of nature

Just 11 minutes a day can become a small fountain of renewal – restoring rhythm, regulating the nervous system and allowing inner wisdom to move into expression.
