Jyo Bhaaveh by Saravtar featuring Kamari & Manvir

This mantra, “Jyo Bhaav-eh”, has accompanied me most deeply through first weeks of the Covid-19 lockdown; recording it while staying with Kamari & Manvir. It is mantra from the Sikh tradition with a beautifully spoken Gurmukhi VoiceOver from Veejay Kaur at the track-begin, written Guru Ram Das. This mantra expresses the process of attuning to the harmony of authentic Being, releasing the filters of duality, finding sanctuary as the true Self comes to radiate brightly through the mind-body.
