Welcome! Discover a personalized ‘Shakti Somatic Synergy Session,‘ during which I craft a tailored series of Shakti Flowing Asana and Standing Exercises designed specifically for your needs. These sessions focus on key areas of your body and energy system, helping you unwind, release physical and emotional tension, and embrace the vital flow of life for a healthier, more balanced well-being.
In our 1:1 Sessions, I work with you to identify and overcome movement limitations, physical blockages and facilitate pain relief. By introducing targeted exercises, I help you bring awareness to and activate dormant parts of your body. These exercises help you release tension, feel into, and release emotions, sooth pain and thereby expand both your range of motion and freedom of self-expression. The follow-up video practice and coherent affirmations you are then subsequently sent, help you to align subconscious attitudes for harmonious and abundant well-being.

Shakti Somatic Synergy” unblocks, harnesses and reclaims the flow of your body’s life-force through specific mindful organic movement and stretches, creating a synergistic effect that promotes holistic well-being and transformation.
In our 1:1 Sessions, we use the innovative Seasonal I-Ching Body Map alongside Chinese Meridians, correlating specific acupoints, hexagram qualities, and seasonal images with emerging psychosomatic themes to identify, address and release related emotions within your body.
In an interactive session, I guide you through an unfolding series of Shakti Flowing Asanas and/or Standing Exercises, thereby awakening vital flows, while releasing tension and emotions stored in the fascia of the body.
This framework helps you recognize how current life-themes have manifested in your body, signalling tightness, pain, discomfort and blockages. It empowers you to heed your body’s call for healing and transformation, encouraging an intimate dialogue with your body, so you can hear and receive its messages. As you move, stretch and feel into any arising emotions with self-compassion and acceptance, you are encouraged to use helpful relevant affirmations, facilitating the transformation of old attitudes that no longer serve you. This nourishes you with the supportive energy and feelings of the somatically related themes, nurturing your balance, harmony, and vitality with awareness.

In this framework, I can help you illuminate, unravel, and release entrenched patterns, fostering profound transformation in both body and mind. During our sessions, I will use the energy maps introduced in Level 1 training—covering the 5 Elements, 3 Gunas, 5 Vayus, 8 Chakras, Nadis, and TCM Meridians—along with a revolutionary Somatic Matrix I have developed. This new matrix integrates the thematic qualities of I-Ching hexagrams and Goddess attributes directly onto the physical body, which we will also explore at this year’s Level 2 Shakti Dance Teacher Training Retreat in Italy.
