SARA AVTAR ~ Shakti Dance® Founding Creator
Sara Avtar is the British-born creatrix of Shakti Dance®, a singer-songwriter, and an E-RYT 500 Kundalini Yoga and Shakti Dance® Lead Teacher Trainer with over 35 years of experience in yoga, sacred movement, and meditation. She has released five mantra music albums and guided thousands worldwide in embodied awakening.
Now based in Italy, she weaves movement, mantra, breath, and seasonal archetypes into practices that awaken Shakti, support self-worth, and align with the rhythms of nature. Her recent work explores Sacred Cycles, Celtic archetypes, and her evolving cosmology, the Seasonal I Ching — helping people embody their radiant soul essence, or Avatar.
Sara’s offerings bridge tantric wisdom and somatic ritual, opening pathways to inner coherence, creative flow, and soul remembrance. Her spaces evoke clarity, harmony, and a grounded return to one’s deeper nature.
